CooperCompanies is looking for a Digital Content Manager to assist with corporate content marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization. This position will ensure brand tone and consistency across all channels. You will develop content that supports business goals and maintain an editorial calendar that ensures a strong online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Social media programming: You will be responsible for developing content, posting cadence, social listening, and reporting performance metrics
  • Influencer marketing: You will partner with teammates to create engaging content that builds awareness of the company across individuals and organizations in the medical device sector
  • Website Content: You will maintain our website content is current and accurate, working with corporate and brand teams on periodic updates

Qualifications

  • Strong background in content marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization and branding.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems (social, web, search)
  • Community management experience; background in medical device or financial industry a plus
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to mine data for understanding and insight
  • Proficient in All Social Platforms, Word Press, and Microsoft programs; proficiency with CRM and inbound marketing platforms a plus
  • A highly organized self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience

  • 5+ plus years in a social media management role
  • Proficient in the use of Google analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
