We are looking for an experienced and result-driven digital sales expert to join us!

This position is responsible for leading and implementing company sales strategy throughout the Florida, Texas and/or California regions and it will report directly to the VP of Sales.

Successful candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic, self-starters able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify key prospects by researching, analyzing and developing relationships with brands and agencies through established go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and manage lead generation process.
  • Adapt and conduct high impact sales presentations to agencies, digital marketing decision makers and high-level executives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals and objectives and build customized sales strategies to achieve them, modelling out performance projections during the sales pitch.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction with every engagement.
  • Develop and manage a sales cycle and process; help implement necessary sales tools and CRM processes to further support prospecting clients and closing deals.
  • Drive revenue and achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
  • Deliver feedback and insights from client meetings and internal meetings to successfully close deals, help the company scale, and drive higher client retention.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of previous digital sales experience.
  • Strong relationships with media/creative agencies and advertisers.
  • Previous experience working in media network or agency sales team a must.
  • Proof of having developed successful creative and strategic advertising presentations.
  • Strong speaking, presenting and writing skills; ability to create sincere, lasting business relationships.
  • Extensive C-level contacts in prospective client industries, such as DTC, CPG, financial, educational, communications, beauty, luxury, fashion, technology and health, is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of digital landscape (Programmatic, Social, Search, Native, Influencer, etc.).
  • Extensive familiarity with lead generation, direct marketing and direct to consumer models necessary.
  • Knowledge of agency services, strategic creative production, metrics-based media, and data analytics is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM platform or similar CRM.
  • Willingness to travel, if needed.
  • Ability to work from home and be independently motivated.
  • Strongly prefer bilingual fluency - Spanish and English.
