Role: E-Retail Account Manager Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare is a worldwide, fast-paced, growing skincare brand seeking to hire a resourceful, motivated, detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong passion for the beauty industry. The candidate selected will be joining a dynamic department with ambitious goals. Reports into: Director of Retail Marketing Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop a keen understanding of brand values, identity, and messages to contribute to marketing execution with a consistent voice across all channelsBe the key contact person for domestic ecomm partners including (but not limited to) Dermstore, Skinstore, and AmazonCreate marketing plans for all accounts to drive revenue: devising a launch calendar, budgeting and executing sampling programs, considering and executing campaigns and promotions (sale calendar, GWPs, limited edition SKUs, etc.)Conduct business/sales analyses to support brand strategies against budget processes and market development projectsHelp ensure cohesiveness of digital marketing plans across the brand’s digital presencePartner with Brand/Retail marketing and creative team to deliver launch support and marketing toolsDevelop competitive intelligence and analysis by following digital and consumer trends and provide recommendations to managementCreate a yearly sampling budget and ensure execution of sampling programs and activities by accountCreate strategy and market meeting presentationsCollaborate with the Operations team and provide forecasts for sellable SKUs and sampling according to sales goalsCoordinate digital efforts with the Social and Influencer marketing teamWork with the Creative department to create digital-specific assets (artwork, digital banners, product page assets, newsletters, etc.)Foster collaborative relationships between cross-functional teamsParticipate in discussions for developing new product ideas/conceptsAdministrative tasks as needed Skills: - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum of 2-3 years experience in account management, business development, or trade marketing. Beauty experience a plus - Previous experience working with digital B-to-C accounts preferred - Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint - Highly resourceful and flexible with the ability to problem solve in a timely manner - Passion for brands, products, and consumer understanding - Knowledge of the beauty/skincare industry - Creative thinker - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Superb communication, presentation, and organizational skills
