Senior Director, Digital Marketing
Seeking a high energy, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinker to join our team leading our digital and social marketing including public relations. Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to personal accountability within the business environment. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our brand strategies and objectives into actionable social and digital plans that increase brand awareness and have a positive and measurable return on investment. The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will work closely with creative, ecommerce and product teams, as well as Third Party Partners and Agencies. This position will oversee a highly dynamic and strategic function, leveraging new technologies and tactics to support the future growth and evolution of the organization.

Develop, execute, and measure marketing communications strategies and initiatives including social, influencer, digital, and PR that are consistent with brand objectives and guidelines
Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics
Develop annual planning of marketing strategies, tactic and subsequently curate, execute and measure PR strategies and tactics
Manage and partner with external agency resources in strategy, tactics and content creation across all marketing platforms
Serve as the key link between the sales and marketing functions. In tandem with the sales team, dovetail overarching marketing strategies and platforms into actionable plans for retail and e-tail experience
Manage, monitor and update the iDesign website as appropriate with external agency partner resources
Provide monthly updates to the executive team on progress to date across key objectives and metrics within the marketing department
Provide leadership and direction to in-house marketing team incorporating content creation, brand identity, digital & influencer marketing, event management, social media and paid media
Build a DTC network, strategies, tactics and provide measurable results
Ensure that project/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
Direct the development, standardization, and execution of the brand across all online channels including all social platforms
Collaborate cross functionally to define and deliver content marketing plans based on company-wide goals that support our brand voice.
QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Minimum 4 year college degree in marketing or communications MBA a plus
7+ years previous experience in a CPG company
Creative copywriting experience in social and PR is a plus
Superior PC skills with advanced capabilities in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience in marketing strategies, tactics, and functionality within key social platforms to include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pintrest and social media management software such as Hootsuite
Experience identifying, curating, cultivating and measuring influencer networks and campaigns
Proven ability to translate and ideate insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics
Proven track record of deep knowledge and experience in social, digital, influencer and PR best practices and application
Entrepreneurial mindset and innate curiosity with the ability to spot new business and branding opportunities
Must be comfortable in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. You must be willing to plan and do the work as necessary
Proven ability to effectively work cross-functionally, in both a leadership and ancillary role
Keen understanding of sales and link to marketing in a consumer goods environment
Experience with creating and executing public relations strategies
Proven leadership experience with guiding and developing a department and its team members
