We are looking for an influencer specialist to join our growing team to help scale the Creators business at SuperAwesome. This role will include supporting the sales team when securing influencer budgets, pitching talent/channels to brands and agencies who are the right fit and capable of the right creative to champion their brand/product! You will be managing branded campaigns and liaise between influencers (& parents of) and brands to successfully deliver to the campaign KPIs and report on them.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Responding to clients briefs across the US
  • Build creative strategies and plans for clients
  • Source and pitch the right talent for the brief

Relationship Management

  • Develop a strong understanding of the kid and family influencer space
  • Build and maintain relationships with kid and family creators
  • Attend industry events such as VidCon, Clamour Con, Toy Fair, etc. to support our sales team, meet talent and, connect with clients
  • Educate and onboard talent onto SafeFam, our kid-safe content certification program.

Campaign Management

  • Prepare talent briefs in line with the brand’s brief to fit their messaging and the influencer content
  • Book and manage talent for brand campaigns
  • Liaise with clients and talent on branded content executions
  • Report on campaign results and success to the brand
  • Occasional weekend and evening work during campaign launches

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum experience in influencer marketing
  • Campaign management
  • Confident liaising with talent and clients over email and phone
  • Master multi-tasker
  • Excellent people skills with a talent for building strong relationships
  • Vast knowledge and efficiency with G-suite (including docs, sheets & slides)
  • Top notch communication & problem solving skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and deliver excellent quality work in a fast-paced environment.
