The Job:

The Account Manager is a critical member of the team who will spearhead project management across production and media distribution campaigns. This role will be involved from pitch through to completion. This Account Manager position will also be responsible for daily client communications, status reporting, deck writing, media plans, insertion orders, creative briefs, and performance reporting. Familiarity with the media and creative industry will be necessary to communicate effectively. The Account Manager is the point

of contact between all upper-level conversations and day-to-day management of campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Client communication management on a daily basis with an emphasis on production management

● Ability to work across business functions: creative, social media, media planning, and execution

● Craft branded content proposals inclusive of both creative and media distribution

● Find ways to use social media and content to deepen our relationship with our audiences, to grow digital/social channel footprint, and leverage all organic marketing efforts to reach users in meaningful and engaging ways that drive book sales, online merchandising, live event attendance, and more.

● Work directly with producers and designers to ensure creative objectives are being met.

● Lead the content approval process with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

● 3-5 years of account management experience preferably from a media or creative agency,

experience working on a direct-to-consumer brand preferred

● Preferred experience in digital media, branded content, production, or influencer marketing

● Hyper-Communicator with pristine attention to detail

● A process-focussed and insights-driven thinker with who can foster relationships with stakeholders

● Understanding of the media, entertainment, and distribution industry

● Proven experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights within past successful digital media

campaign

● Knowledge and a strong interest in social impact, DE&I, sustainability social platforms, and

influencer talent

● A passion for collaboration and a self-starter work ethic

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
