Role Overview

Misen is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to run the end-to-end operations of our influencer and partnership marketing campaigns. This is a relationship-based role ideal for someone who has a proven track record of profitably scaling such programs within other e-commerce organizations.

You will work on all aspects of these marketing channels including strategizing and executing campaigns, building and nurturing relationships with a wide range of influencers and partners, negotiating and managing contracts and budgets, and managing internal team members.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all relationship-based growth marketing channels including partnerships, influencers, Youtube, podcast, and more
  • Establish an influencer marketing strategy that is conversion first, brand-awareness second
  • Source, vet and implement new relationships. Then manage and scale these ongoing relationships
  • Create measurement approach for all earned and owned channels, tracking KPIs diligently
  • Leverage our data to make informed and profitable—not just visible—decisions
  • Ensure each campaign contributes to our revenue goals, and adjust as needed
  • Manage internal team members as well as external agencies and vendor relationships

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant channels using influencers and partnerships to drive sales
  • Experience running influencer marketing strategy for DTC or ecomm brand A MUST
  • Be a creative force that sees opportunities where others don't: You understand the ever-evolving world of influencer marketing, can spot trends and opportunities before others, and will capitalize on them in unique ways—always with a focus on revenue and growth.
  • You fundamentally understand that influencer marketing should always have a revenue positive ROI. You can point to revenue positive deals you've ideated, and made happen all the way through execution and tracking.
  • Experience setting up small and large influencer contracts, always with an analytical lens.
  • Experience with affiliate strategy either with using an agency or running in-house, the latter is a plus
  • You hustle to get things done, and enjoy the challenge of making something out of nothing.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Can seamlessly transition between the multiple aspects of your role on a meeting-to-meeting basis
