eJam.com is looking for a talented, motivated, take-charge Director of Brand Partnerships to join our consumer products company and help acquire new customers through online campaigns produced by digital influencers. You will drive all brand partnerships and influencer marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels. We need a real strategist with hands-on experience to help our company grow. If you're a creative big thinker and have experience in brand marketing and strategy - we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-line revenue via Influencer Marketing Campaigns
  • Achieve and Maintain 250%+ Return on Ad Spend across campaigns
  • Manage the strategy and deployment of all influencer campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize our influencer marketing to achieve revenue and return on ad spend goals.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors/influencers to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all campaigns.
  • Staff, train and grow the team of media buyers; managing their individual vital factors.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and influencer media buying

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital influencer marketing required for DTC Brand(s).
  • Past experience with digital media buying in a direct response environment required.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales management.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
