Gantri is looking for a highly motivated Influener Marketer to create long-lasting relationships with the best influencers in the home, fashion and lifestyle spaces through evergreen and one-off campaigns across platforms.
We believe that influencer marketing is a scalable way to create authentic storytelling, and thus occupies an extremely important position in our marketing toolkit. We have seen incredible results from working with the biggest influencer names in home and lifestyle, such as Alice Gao, Vanessa Hong, Em Henderson and Amber Lewis of Amber Interiors. As our first ever Influencer Marketer, you will be taking our influencer marketing program to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase quality and quantity of influencer program
- Manage and foster relationships with current and future roster of influencer partnerships
- Monitor influencer coverage across all social media platforms, blogs, and other verticals
- Negotiate and develop contracts for talent, ensuring usage rights and that contracts are up to date
- Identify new opportunities and recommendations based on trends Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop campaigns
- Maintain quarterly and project specific budgets, maximizing long term ROI with each spend
- Establish operational processes to ensure efficiency
Requirements
Skills and experiences
- Great communicator with a passion for building communities
- Strong interpersonal skills, communicating both internally and externally
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to bounce between multiple projects seamlessly
- Ability to analyze, track and manage influencer program on an ongoing basis
- Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and storytelling
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and respective best practices
Qualifications
- BS/MS Media, Communications or equivalent
- Experience launching successful influencer campaigns for D2C, digitally native or consumer product brands
- 3+ years of influencer maekting experience at PR and/or social media agency or in-house
