Engaging.co, a technology company that empowers brands to create category-defining companies, is looking to hire a Digital Campaign Manager to work remotely, preferably in Seattle, Los Angeles, or Toronto. We’re looking for a full-stack marketer, who has experience in planning, executing, and measuring the results of digital marketing campaigns. The ability to take ownership over the entire lifecycle of digital marketing efforts from ideation to campaign metrics is essential. We’re looking for someone who is not only comfortable with metrics and analytics, but a true creative doer, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the details to help us make our campaigns as successful as possible.
The Digital Campaign Manager will manage the digital marketing efforts for multiple brands, including planning and tracking performance of campaigns, optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing data, and measuring campaign performance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background of digital campaign management experience, excellent project management skills, a good understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook, and a deep understanding of the current (and future) digital marketing landscape. Because Engaging is a remote company, the individual should also be able to work well with a team and have a positive, collaborative attitude. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Strategize affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns for various marketing initiatives within multiple brands, designing targets, KPIs, success metrics and timelines
- Lead end-to-end affiliate/ influencer marketing strategy, supporting lead generation and management, affiliate outreach, general communication, onboarding, tracking and payment disbursement
- Manage the day-to-day performance of affiliate/ influencer campaigns, discovering and testing new partnerships and strategies
- Drive affiliate/ influencer lead generation by recruiting new affiliates through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, emails, social media outlets and other creative avenues
- Nurture existing relationships by actively engaging with the affiliates/ influencers to transform ad-hoc relationships into long-term, strategic partnerships
- Show strong leadership to the affiliate marketing team, communicating clearly and utilizing their efforts to carry out defining projects as well as smoothly maintaining the day to day necessities of all running programs
- Ensure affiliate agreements are driving high quality users efficiently, with a focus on scale and true incremental growth
- Assist with the negotiation of contracts and commissions for affiliates
- Prepare campaign agendas and analyze reports, trends and other data to effectively communicate results and insights to management
- Drive affiliate/ influencer marketing activity by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategy on and create promotional materials (copy and marketing assets)
- Implement initiatives to drive growth providing recommendations on how to improve and optimize campaigns
- Develop tools and innovations to continuously grow and further the scalability of the Affiliate Program
- Stay current with trends in affiliate and influencer marketing and continuously identify new opportunities to boost revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years of online campaign management, account management, or customer acquisition experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, be results-driven and highly motivated to work both independently and in a team
- Great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of partners
- Have a strong network of affiliate and/or influencer contacts
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
- Experience with Refersion and Pipeline or other similar affiliate management tools a plus
