Full time ON SITE Social Media Director role at an active wear brand with a big social media (and celeb) following. They are looking for a social-savvy and ambitious player to join the team.

Only apply if you have

-5-7+ years’ experience in social media marketing and least 2-3 years at a Director level

- fashion and/or e-commerce

- are okay with an on site full time role in the Hollywood area

The Director of Social Media will be their voice and visionary online, so a marketing mindset, genuinely friendly personality, and deep love for the brand are must-haves for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design, execute, and analyze a social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and more) that is on-brand, effectively encourages engagement and sharing, and amplifies the brand's value.

· Consistently pitch innovative and outside-of-the-box social media initiatives that help elevate and differentiate the brand – and then own those ideas from start to finish.

· Manage, coach, and lead a 3-5+ person, high-performing social media team, including a Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator who handle the day-to-day management of all social channels.

· Create and implement processes and procedures for content creation and scheduling to ensure team is effectively creating fresh, on-brand, and engaging content that meets deadlines and performs well.

· Collaborate and coordinate with graphic design team, copywriter, and photographers to produce engaging social content that is consistent with our voice & style, while also aligning with our community’s KPIs.

· Oversee the social community management, including conversations with customers in the DMs and comments.

· Oversee Influencer Marketing Manager to create and implement a strategy and procedures for influencer gifting. Identify key partnership opportunities, execute influencer outreach, and track results of outreach efforts.

· Work cross functionally with Marketing team on special initiatives such as influencer PR/gifting, paid socials, content creation, UGC, and more.

· Research trends across multiple social media platforms, be on the cutting edge on all social channels, leveraging first mover advantage, and test new channels and strategies.

· Measure and analyze social media performance, report on statistics, adjust activities to grow audience and encourage engagement/conversions.

· Assist with additional marketing initiatives as needed.

This is on site full time in the Hollywood area.
