A Creative Producer at the agency is responsible for managing the workflow of creative communications programs and campaigns (Social Media, Creative and PR). The Creative Producer will bring a creative vision to life while controlling costs, building relationships and adhering to deadlines. Our creative product is diverse and includes video and photo assets, banners, seeding kits, out of home advertisements, etc. Success for this position is measured by the ability to deliver and support intergraded campaigns across digital media. A strong desire to problem-solve and manage projects in conjunction with internal and external teams is key criteria for this role.
Intergraded Project Management
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of the teams by strategically thinking through and developing the scope of work, project needs, corresponding budget and timelines based on available resources.
- Strategically contribute to brainstorms and conversations around brand creative, campaign framework and direction for both big ideas and day-to-day communications strategy.
- Translate client assignments into meaningful briefs for the team and effectively balance dual expectations of clients and agency teams.
- Assess incoming project requests to secure on-time asset deliverables while optimizing resources to ensure all team members are fully utilized and not over-extended.
- Communicate with the team when client provides feedback and or priorities need to shift.
Account Management
- Build relationships with client counterparts through an immersive understanding of their brand, industry, competition and marketing objectives.
- Work alongside executive team to grow existing accounts and build upon established rapports.
- Contribute to new business pitches and strategic planning of perspective clients.
Production
- Champion production level duties, which includes but is not limited to; creating budgets, tracking costs, creating call sheets, hiring crew, booking talent, securing locations, renting equipment, organizing/booking travel and negotiating rates with vendors.
- Move creative projects from ideation to completion, removing all roadblocks to execution.
- Establish and own relationships with external creative resources, including but not limited to director of photography, still photographers, prop houses, food stylists, etc.
- Apply organizational processes and procedures that may be helpful to creative workflow and end product as agency continues to grow.
Influencer Management
- Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers, content creators and influencer agencies.
- Manager influencer campaigns from kick-off to post performance review.
- Develop contracts, creative briefs and timelines to make sure high-quality content is delivered on time and on brand.
- Suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends and shifting strategy as the field evolves.
- Manage content distribution and partner closely with our paid media/social/PR teams driving a holistic marketing strategy.
