A bit about The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing expert to join our team! This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue and awareness to our service through digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that focus on driving measurable results through the web, app, email, paid channels, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO). They will be a key player defining key campaign metrics and reviewing campaign performance data (awareness, conversion, acquisition, and retention). They will also be responsible for continuously optimizing paid and email strategies, including A/B testing of subject lines, message, content, mailing frequency, segments, etc. Working with our CRM platform to develop audience segmentation strategies and define user journeys.

What you'll be doing:

  • Planning, executing, and analysing the demand generation strategies to meet acquisition and revenue goals, including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, social, email, retargeting, affiliate marketing, etc.)
  • Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Analysing all aspects of the conversion funnel and identifying optimisation to maximise results
  • Having a thorough understand of the science behind the campaigns, the metrics, testing, optimisation and the true cost of each campaign down to net customer acquisition cost
  • Producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goals
  • Staying up to date on industry related developments to constantly bring and test new ideas and platforms

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing role
  • Strong and demonstrable skills in the following: PPC, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated success identifying, communicating and acquiring different immigrant groups effectively
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communicator, orally and written
  • Positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly with new initiatives
  • Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
  • Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
  • Capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, highly organised
