Product & Digital Marketing Content Associate
Weddings, baby showers and parties we want to make these life event celebrations more fun and memorable! As an e-commerce company we are looking for a highly motivated creative individual who loves creating digital content for the optimal customer online experience and consistently improve that experience with our brands.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Build a cohesive digital experience through content strategy and social media to promote our brands and products.
· Manage communications at all levels with right brand voice including creating and overseeing communications to customers and website content.
· Work with the president of the company to define product vision, develop a balanced assortment of product categories/price points for the product line, and ensure that our products reflect the proper positioning of our brands for each new launch.
· Create Photo shoot list and prepare all the product samples and props for photo shoots.
· Direct company photo and video shoots with photographers, edit photos and create infographics to best evoke customer interest and promote our brands.
· Take photo & videos for social uses and certain image updates as needed.
· Manage the product description workflow and website content(photos, videos, website banners etc.) to ensure that quality work is delivered on-time, on-brand, and on-strategy.
· Make sure all website customer-facing data is accurate and easy-to-digest.
· Provide design direction as well as written content for marketing collateral including website banners, written content, PR, e-mail, merchandise displays, product photos and videos.
· Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards, written tone/ nomenclature and visual brand strategies.
· Create social content and manage the 4 company social media account posting and manage influencer marketing activities.
· Develop strategic social ad campaigns that increase revenue and engagement.
· Work directly with influencers to execute influencer campaigns, maintain timelines for deliverables, and coordinate product delivery from brand to influencer.
· Manage the digital catalog production process from kickoff through publishing, including product selection, creative direction, pagination, format, and overall timeline calendar/key milestones.
· Research and study the latest trend and best practices in related product categories, digital marketing to ensure we keep up with the latest development in the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or equivalent work experience
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant digital brand marketing experience with e-commerce
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop; basic product photo & video shooting and editing not required but strongly preferred.
· Results driven and self-motivated with focus on proactively developing creative solutions.
· Strong individual contributor with the ability to also thrive collaboratively.
· Ability to balance fluctuating workloads while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced e-Commerce environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
