Influencer Management Responsibilities

• Developing and executing all influencer initiatives, including identifying and building up Brand influencers across all wagering products (Gogawi, Esports Games, etc.)

• Work with created to develop compelling content that showcases the brand

• Coordinating with the Marketing teams to execute influencer programs in support of broad marketing plans for in-game events, game updates and co-promotions

• Developing and managing relationships with existing and new influencers/content creators throughout all campaigns; maintaining influencer database

• Managing external influencer partners and agencies as needed, including all negotiations

• Researching and building relationships with variety content creators to influencer programs

• Monitoring all influencer activity related to the game

• Creating actionable reports and monthly business reports and presenting materials for all influencer campaigns

Acquisition Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition strategy and roadmap across Esports Technologies consumer products including, but not limited to: pay-to-play operator site, free-to-play games app, exchange product and browser plug-in.

• Manage digital marketing agency partners and ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver flawless execution, including consistent, accurate, on-time, and on-budget programs. Day-to-day tasks would include setting budgets, goals, workflow, providing and reviewing ad assets, and owning relationship and communication.

• Drive qualified traffic, and ultimately new customers and revenue via acquisition marketing channels.

• Manage execution and optimization of our digital marketing channels including SEM/SEO, display, video and affiliate marketing channels

• Own business cadence, including regular reporting of each channel’s performance, campaign summaries and overall ROI against our marketing objectives.

• Always testing philosophy - execute testing across ads, creatives, and landing pages.

• Work directly with marketing and creative leadership to ideate new campaign concepts based on esports event calendar, product releases and influencer partnerships

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to provide input on segmentation, loyalty, retention and customer strategy as we continue to expand and grow.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university

• Experience in either igaming, casino games, sports wagering and/or esports and competitive video game events

• Deep understanding of the creator landscape and the associated platforms (TikTok, Snap, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Gaming, Discord)

• 5+ years of experience in marketing with direct experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM

• Proficiency in business-related software, including Microsoft Office, JIRA, Google Marketing Cloud, Slack

• Proven proficiency in managing and executing customer-driven experiences, strategies, and programs from concept through implementation and optimizing thereafter

• Strong process, analytical, and reporting skills

• Experience with marketing automation, CMS, lead gen, routing, and nurturing

• Ability to thrive in start-up environment, dealing with ambiguity and working quickly to close gaps

• Innovative thinker with the ability to synthesize data and blend with intuition and experience

• A high degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

• Superior process management skills with proven ability to identify and proactively solve problems

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously across the team while meeting deadlines, strong time management skills

• Working experience driving results through suppliers or agency partners

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the leadership level and with cross-functional partners

• Success in working virtually across global time zones – Europe, US and Asia

• Understanding of key metrics, financial analysis, and ROI

• Advanced understanding of the balance between business and customer needs

• Creative, out of the box thinker who is willing to push the limits of what has been done before
