What we need.
We are looking for a Director of Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships who has the skills and experience to build a vision and strategy for Daring's partnerships and influencer marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader, stellar relationship builder and exceptional communicator. They're self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to help shape the future of a young consumer brand.
What you’ll do.
- Lead Daring’s influencer marketing and partnerships strategies to drive sales, awareness and engagement
- Strategize and execute 360 partnerships with restaurants and professional chefs
- Execute campaigns from start to finish including influencer selection, outreach, negotiations, creating campaign briefs, and ensuring all deliverables are completed by influencers in a timely manner
- Streamline processes to improve program efficiencies
- Research and develop influencer strategy for emerging social channels
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, managers, restaurants, chefs, brand partners and industry thought leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social media, PR, sales, creative, paid media and other teams to develop and execute partnerships
- Lead contract negotiations with agents, managers and lawyers
- Manage high-volume influencer seeding program
- Manage monthly influencer marketing and partnerships budget
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and make strategic optimizations to maximize ROI
- Manage PR agency and support pitching efforts
Who you are.
- 7+ years of experience working in influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative and resourceful in nature
- Thorough understanding of industry trends
- Experience brokering top tier talent and brand partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience building and managing a team
