Traackr is looking for a manager for community, social media and influencer relations to join our growing team. Being an influencer marketing technology, it goes without saying, this role is a keystone of our marketing and company vision. We’re looking for someone with an intimate understanding of how brands can transform their business through influencer marketing, who can bring that experience to Traackr to strengthen our online community and contribute content that helps our customers build the best influencer programs in the world.
You have experience in building communities and long-term influencer relationships that result in authentic content and support business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C and B2B marketing and demonstrate that they understand the nuances of marketing software to marketers.
Marketing to marketers comes with great responsibility. You will have experience conceptualizing and executing memorable content for multiple channels for a savvy audience that is immune to boring tactics. You understand how to work backwards from business goals to develop a social and community strategy that drives the business forward.
The perfect candidate has fabulous written communication skills, understands influencer culture and influencer marketing deeply, and knows how to conceptualize and run social media programs across platforms. This role requires blending creativity, influencer relations, content creation, social media and project management skills.
Role
You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and measuring programs to raise awareness, build community and increase advocacy for Traackr among our key audiences in North America and Europe. You will ensure our customer community, influencer marketing and social strategy support our business objectives. Known for our data and insights, you will use the Traackr platform to research trends and produce content that demonstrates the power of our platform. Traackr is a global, yet nimble technology company—one day, you will wear your strategy hat, the next day, you will roll up your sleeves and get the work done. To succeed, you will need to exercise your creative, analytical and organizational muscles on the regular.
What You’ll Do
- Strengthen our customer community by generating engagement in our online groups via events, conversations, influencer activations and content.
- Manage and contribute to content creation by researching influencer marketing trends, partnering with Traackr employees and our influencer community.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers in the influencer marketing industry on behalf of Traackr.
- Develop and run Traackr’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Work closely with your peers to ensure our programs reach our audiences in North America and Europe.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, public relations, customer success and sales to foster alignment and amplify the impact of your work.
- Manage our podcast, The Fast Traack, creative/strategic direction, identify guests and grow our audience
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, customer marketing or similar with proven success in developing and executing programs that raise brand awareness, develop a sense of community and create advocacy.
- Excellent relationship-builder, insanely strong writing skills and a propensity for collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and produce compelling content for a variety of formats from short form social posts, to podcast and longer form guides.
- Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams in a decentralized and global work environment.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing from both a B2C and B2B perspective, have led a social media strategy, understand how to balance different types of work and stay on top of the details.
- Solid public speaking abilities and willingness to speak at events, on video, etc. about influencer marketing and social strategy.
- French language skills are a plus.
