Description

We are looking for an Esports Partnerships & Brand Activation Manager to expand our presence in the competitive gaming ecosystem through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and creator collaborations. This role focuses on identifying and activating opportunities with esports teams, players, and events then translating those partnerships into impactful content, brand credibility, and product adoption for our gaming peripherals, and other product lines.The ideal candidate understands the esports landscape, knows how to evaluate partnership value, and can turn esports moments into marketing leverage across content, social, and campaigns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Esports Strategy & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure partnerships with esports teams, players, leagues, and tournament organizers
  • Evaluate opportunities based on brand alignment, audience reach, and ROI potential
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the esports ecosystem

Brand Activation & Campaign Integration

  • Develop and execute esports activation plans tied to product launches and GTM initiatives
  • Ensure partnerships translate into content, storytelling, and measurable brand impact
  • Coordinate event-based activations, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site opportunities

Content & Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with social, video, and editorial teams to amplify esports partnerships
  • Turn esports moments (wins, tournaments, player stories) into engaging content opportunities
  • Ensure consistent integration of peripherals into esports narratives and content

Influencer & Player Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with pro players and esports creators
  • Oversee product seeding, usage integration, and testimonial development
  • Ensure consistent content output from partners (UGC, social posts, event coverage)

Performance & ROI Tracking

  • Track partnership performance (reach, engagement, content output, brand lift)
  • Evaluate effectiveness of esports investments and optimize future strategies
  • Provide clear reporting to leadership on impact and opportunities

Required Qualification:

  • 4–7 years of experience in esports marketing, partnerships, or gaming marketing
  • Strong understanding of esports ecosystem (teams, leagues, tournaments, creators)
  • Experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs
  • Ability to connect brand goals with esports opportunities

Preferred

  • Experience working with gaming or tech brands
  • Familiarity with peripherals GTM cycles, and launch planning
  • Experience with global–local marketing coordination

Working Conditions:

  • 30% travel
  • 70% Office: Typically works in an office environment
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time

$80,000 - $120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont or City of Industry, California offices. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k).
