What you'll be doing

. Help lead and scale the day to day influencer marketing activities of the business, including booking influencer promotions and cultivating both new and existing relationships

. Help identify growth/scale opportunities including new marketing strategies and identifying new influencers to partner with, locking them in, scaling them and managing the ongoing relationship.

. Be accountable: We're looking for somebody who's organized and able to just get things done while holding standards high.

. Be a hard worker: We believe hard work beats talent when talent doesn/t work hard. Simply put, the only way we believe we can be the best is by outworking the rest which is why we're looking for the hardest worker in the room.

. Be great at what you do: We're looking for a fast learner who has the ambition to strive for number 1.

. Be humble: Work hard and be great but don't let your ego get in the way. We're looking for somebody who is not only great at what they do but also great to work with. Be positive and have a constructive attitude.

. Be knowledgable: We're looking for somebody who has at least 2 years experience in an influencer marketing related role.
