We are looking for an Influencer Coordinator in our Los Angeles office to work on our beauty, wellness, lifestyle and fashion brands.

PURPOSE

The Influencer Coordinator role is driven by the ability to help run organic seeding campaigns, in addition to supporting in executing paid influencer campaigns.

An Influencer Coordinator is proactive in crafting well-written, creative pitches and succeeds at securing results. The team member’s ability to grow contact lists and begin to build relationships is vital. Display an eagerness to learn, support management with client needs and a self-starter.

An Influencer Coordinator helps handle organic seeding campaigns for their roster of brands across digital influencers on Instagram, YouTube and blogs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to participate in meetings and conference calls and lead when necessary
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision
  • Being to pitch bloggers, influencers and YouTubers, in addition to owning own accounts
  • Daily monitoring and recording of influencer coverage across all social media platforms, blogs, and YouTube channels
  • Compile digital influencer outreach lists
  • Compile and ensure timely completion of account weekly recaps, monthly reports, strategy guides, status calls and overall plans with attention to goals
  • Begin development and maintain relationships with key bloggers, influencers and YouTubers
  • Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure Be Social clients are represented correctly and consistently across all target digital influencers
  • General administrations and housekeeping of brand packs and content briefs
  • Lead/support with influencer outreach and influencer strategy for Be Social clients
  • Monitor social media, influencer + general digital trends keeping abreast of the changing landscape
  • Responsible for 2-4 accounts
  • Responsible for securing consistent coverage and significant results from strategic pitching, seeding and influencer relationships to achieve client goals
  • Show proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving
  • Track client coverage accurately in organized spreadsheets
  • Support on management of paid campaigns within prescribed timelines and on budget to reach client KPIs
  • Weekly and monthly client reporting
  • Work with senior team on deliverables, timeline and budget for each account

Skills and Experience:

  • College graduate with 3-4 years of in-house and/or agency experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and well under pressure.
  • Collaborative, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative.
  • Strong MS Word skills and Mac proficient.
  • Working relationships and knowledge of influencers.
  • Understanding of industry software, such as Creatoir IQ, Tribe, Tagger.
