Further Food, a fast-growing nutrition and wellness company, is looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting day-to-day management of marketing initiatives - from concept and development through implementation and tracking, managing cross-functional projects and initiatives and contributing to the shaping of our long-term brand positioning and strategy. This person will also serve as the point person for executing and reporting on email and sms programs, as well as growing and managing our influencer program.

Our ideal candidate is hyper-organized, with a positive, can-do attitude. You bring excellent project management, storytelling and writing skills, as well as a data-driven mindset to this role. The right candidate will also be passionate about health and wellness, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and collaborative (cross functional) environment. You love thinking outside the box, have an eye for detail, and a willingness to quickly pivot strategies based on shifting priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, expand their role and grow their expertise in a variety of different marketing disciplines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support project management and execution of GTM product launches, seasonal campaigns and other ad hoc marketing initiatives by helping manage timelines, processes, results and next steps
  • Planning, management, and execution of website, Amazon and various retail product page marketing, including collaboration with copywriters, designers and the e-commerce lead to ensure timely and accurate deployment
  • Drive development and maintenance of email and sms calendar, working with copywriter, design and e-commerce lead to develop content, A/B test, segment, deploy and optimize
  • Grow, maintain and communicate with a network of diverse influencers, affiliates and brand ambassadors who represent and amplify the Further Food brand
  • Negotiate deliverables for each influencers, finalizing agreements and ensuring compliance with our brand standards
  • Regular reporting (weekly/monthly) and tracking of KPIs across native marketing platforms, with a focus on conversion

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant digital, email, social and/or influencer experience working in the DTC/E-Commerce space
  • Excellent project management skills; able to balance multiple projects at a time and self-prioritize workload
  • Relentlessly resourceful with a strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Highly motivated self-starter; naturally preemptive and proactive, and intellectually curious
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
