Influencer Talent Manager

We’re looking for an Influencer Talent Manager that will be responsible for managing some of the most sought-after Influencers within the YouTube space.

As the Manager, you will be the direct line of contact between the Talent and some of the largest brands in the entertainment and technology industry. You’ll not only be responsible for the sponsorships of the talent you manage, but you’ll be joining a highly dynamic team in which you will play a key role in the ongoing progression of the influencer agency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and progress relationships with talent, ensuring they have exactly what they need and are being attended to.
  • As new talent is added to your roster, manage the on-boarding process to create a seamless experience for them as they join the MoreYellow team.
  • Represent the talent in all in-coming communications with the up-most professionalism.
  • Research and identify relevant brands that align with the talent to build potential partnerships.
  • Heavily negotiate incoming opportunities to ensure that you get the best deal possible for your talent.
  • Recommend and suggest Talent pairings with campaigns and collaborations that come in through the agency and other talents on your roster.
  • Review all incoming contracts to ensure that deliverables, usage and terms are correctly written and are part of the agreed-upon deal.
  • Work in hand-in-hand with your talent during the duration of their partnerships to ensure that they meet all deliverables and that contracts are fulfilled.
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency by consistently endorsing a positive image and internal culture.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Have hands-on sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience
  • Be able to take and give direction from multiple levels within the team
  • Have impeccable communication
  • Know Google Office Programs (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
