We’re seeking a talented and professional individual to join our team as a Social Media Associate. The ideal applicant is a results-driven individual who will be responsible for executing the social media strategy across Le Vian’s and our retail partner’s Social Media platforms through organic, paid, and influencer marketing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Community

    • Respond to all messages on social media.
    • Coordinate with customer service department for any questions that cannot be answered directly.
    • Respond to comments, engage with customers
    • Create groups, boards to engage the community.

  • Analytics

    • Be the point person to manage the social media analytics using Social Media Management tools and other software.
    • Share regular reporting with LeVian management and with retail partners.

  • Maintain activity on social media

    • Ongoing posts to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram and any emerging social media platforms.
    • Actively search for UGC on all social media and repost to maintain activity
    • Research Pinterest and blog postings, submit approved postings
    • Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation
    • Community management and coordination with customer service department
    • Manage Influencer strategy, outreach and execution.

  • Responsible for Sweepstakes and Contests

    • Create the title and theme. Upon approval, publish the sweepstakes using Facebook and a 3rd party program. Monitor, verify, and announce winners

  • Write to support all marketing initiatives

    • Writing includes but is not limited to press releases, blog content, show letter updates, seminar books, social media copy
    • Provide feedback to other contributors and edit other writers’ content.

  • LeVian TV

    • Partner with the LeVian TV team on all aspects of live streaming for LeVian TV

  • Creative development

    • Social content asset management and creation
    • Graphic Design and development of artwork and copy for various consumer facing items.

  • Support the Department

    • Support the department with any additional needs requested.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • College degree preferred
    • 3 years maintaining social media platforms
    • Hands on experience with Advanced Adobe Suite
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Organized
    • Proven creativity and marketing successes
    • Able to work in a team orientated and deadline driven environment
    • Strong writing skills
    • Graphic design experience preferred
    • Basic knowledge of editing social videos
