Responsibilities:

TDI is seeking an innovative, educated and enthusiastic individual to lead brand and creative efforts to further differentiate the company in the operational technology cybersecurity space. Customer-centric story telling is the core of any great brand; design, video and messaging are the methods for brilliantly crafting the narratives. The scope of this position includes corporate messaging and positioning, visual branding and creative, marketing communications, corporate web design and content, social media marketing and content marketing. This position is heavy in communications including writing collateral, webinars, email blasts, marketing and social media and graphic design. Position will start remote, but candidates must be local.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Own and nurture the TDI brand globally by ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Execute strategies to build customer-centric brand awareness globally
  • Manage an annual marketing budget and create reporting on spend vs. results at specified intervals
  • Consistently seek new ways to remain highly relevant through differentiated content that overcomes awareness and perception challenges.
  • Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and new strategic marketing programs.
  • Drive awareness and messaging penetration though influencer relations, social media and compelling content marketing.
  • Create channel content, materials, communications, social media, newsletters to inform and engage partners.

· Build strong relationships with sales to gain market insights and ensure alignment of marketing investments to top sales priorities.

What You Offer TDI:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a technology or cybersecurity market.
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts with proven results.
  • A proven history of crafting and communicating compelling customer-centric stories that resonate with target audiences
  • Experience with website building, management and SEO preferred.
  • Experience in marketing communications, branding and creative development, messaging and positioning and digital marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes

· Experience planning, executing and measuring marketing programs according to best practices to deliver on defined business results.

• Strong planning and project management skills.

• Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as planning, analysis and communication tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable
