  • Oversee planning, creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing programs that will enhance Crawford's sales, image and position within the marketplace.
  • Work with divisional leaders to develop compelling sales materials across multiple media such as PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, white papers and other collateral, and website copy that focuses on outcomes and client benefits.
  • Plan and coordinate organizational activities, establishing priorities and timelines to meet designated goals and objectives.
  • Works with senior staff and department staff to develop and maintain a strategic perspective and ensure timely execution of all strategies, programs, and tactics.
  • Acts as an internal voice to generate new ideas and groundbreaking platforms to keep Crawford on the forefront of innovation.
  • Maintains a climate that attracts, retains and motivates personnel in each market, and recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, and guide qualified personnel to further Crawford’s image and goals.
  • Develops and oversees effective email marketing campaigns that target prospective and current clients with content relevant to each stakeholder
  • Develops, coordinates and oversees programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist country level teams in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
  • Lead local marketing teams and facilitate internal and external communications between key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of new products, relevant marketplace POS and artwork, partner agreements, and other essential materials.
  • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing plans.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.
