From our newly redesigned headquarters to our new customer segmentation model to a whole new set of systems to improve the way we sell and market to our customers - it’s an exciting time to be a part of Four Hands. We are currently looking for a passionate, creative, and collaborative Social Media and PR Manager in our Austin, TX headquarters. Our fast-growing company has an active presence on social media, but we are ready to take it to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our B2b Social Media strategy across our social landscape. IN THIS ROLE Responsible for the ongoing management and evolution of our B2b social media properties, current landscape includes Instagram, Pinterest, and You Tube Create and execute a Social Media strategy that elevates our properties and brand to the next level and engages our users to create an interactive relationship Partner with the creative team to create social content that is informative, appealing and delivers to goals Establish Social Media marketing goals and KPIs – analyze and report on the effectiveness of our content and initiatives Build and manage a B2b Designer influencer program that helps build strong online communities with our customers Own social listening within our social channels, ensure we are engaging and responding to our community; help identify common trends/feedback/insights Partner with PR agency to develop and execute effective media relations programs to nurture a strong industry network and increase brand awareness Establish social media guidelines and best practices Monitor competitive social media landscape, industry trends and new technology ensuring that we are staying on the forefront of industry standards THE IDEAL PERSON BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in social media marketing A strong background and proven track record in Social Media marketing and operations for a fast-growing company; B2b and Paid Social experience a plus Hands on experience and expertise with Social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube Consistently stays up to date on latest social media trends, opportunities, challenges, and best practices Metrics driven who thrives on the impact of the projects/programs you manage, ability to turn data analysis into useful strategic insights Self-starter with the ability to think strategically but can dive into the details as well Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships and make effective decisions collaboratively A growth mindset with a track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging Powered by JazzHR F1dQxg6kTt
