KSE Esports Management, LLC is the esports branch of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Currently, we manage the Los Angeles Gladiators (Overwatch League) and the Los Angeles Guerrillas (Call of Duty League), with eyes towards upcoming expansion into other games. We are dedicated to building a lasting legacy in esports and connecting to the greater Los Angeles community with the development of the Hollywood Park stadium and complex.

We’re looking for a PR and Influencer Manager for the KSE Esports brands. The ideal candidate is well-connected in the gaming and esports industry, familiar with influencers and media in the space and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement long-term PR strategy that enhances coverage across all mediums and elevates the KSE team brands
  • Work with marketing team to refine stories, angles, and activations involving KSE and its teams, proactively and reactively pitching compelling stories
  • Manage PR calendar for interviews and other key events for all KSE brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, key opinion leaders, creators and influencers in the gaming and relevant esports spaces. Drive regular communication and engagement with these groups
  • Manage day-to-day relationship and support for internal content creators
  • Partner with talent, influencers and KSE teams to create impactful campaigns that drive social conversation and optimize influencer skills
  • Have a pulse on trends and leaders in the gaming and esports communities

Who You Are

  • 3+ years experience in a talent agency, marketing agency, PR, or corporate communications
  • Experience working with media, journalists, influencers, or other talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Existing relationships with reporters, various media channels and outlets, influencers in the gaming and esports spaces, particularly Call of Duty and Overwatch
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and changing environment
  • Strong knowledge of gaming and esports, particularly Call of Duty and Overwatch
  • Ability to be based in Los Angeles
