Country Manager

The solution addresses the major pain point of marketers being able to identify, in large scale, relevant and authenticated content creators; and to thereafter manage an entire campaign process from influencer selection, content approval, payment and ROI analytics on a single platform. Humanz has expanded rapidly across territories to satisfy customer demand, with operations in Israel, South Africa, Turkey, Nigeria, Brazil,India and the UK.

Due to our rapid growth we are looking to employ a Country Manager for our US operation whose responsibility would include:

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing daily business operations;

• Creating and managing budgets;

• Hiring and managing employees;

• Training and mentoring employees;

• Managing business capacity, employee leave and contractors;

• Improving continuously the quality of business outputs;

• Evaluating performance and productivity;

• Researching and identifying growth & sales opportunities;

• Developing and implementing growth & sales strategies;

• Overseeing weekly influencer payments;

• Overseeing monthly accounting outputs;

• Creating and presenting quarterly business reports.

KPIs for the role include:

• Achievement of total sales, gross profit and operating profit targets each quarter;

• Number of successful case studies created each quarter;

• Growth in total market share for Humanz within the territory;

• Feedback from colleagues and customers.

Previous experience for the role should include:

• 2-5 years previous business management experience with responsibility for P&L

• Strong existing network within digital marketing or influencer marketing industry

• Influencer marketing industry experience a plus

• SAAS industry experience a plus
