Responsibilities Of The Job

  • Develop social media channel and content strategies with the Brand Marketing team to launch new collections, support our retail partners, and stay relevant on trending topics/holidays.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations on latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Partner with PR Team Members to develop strategic partnerships and collaboration with beauty bloggers and influencers, that align with digital marketing priorities. Always updating the PR list with new and trending creators.
  • Plan, execute, and adapt content calendars that are timely and will engage our audience.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading compelling copy that is SEO-friendly, speaks in the brands tone of voice, and will resonate with target audience.
  • Hashtag Strategy.
  • Deliver reporting and KPI insights to influence future content and channel optimization.
  • Build and foster relationships with the online beauty community. Turn fans, into followers, into customers.
  • Ask for audience feedback to help guide new collections & content they’d like to see. Always aim to entertain, educate or inform them through content.
  • Engage on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest and provide fast customer service, (including DM’s comments and replies)
  • Repost stories and UGC, so that our community feels appreciated. Showcases social proof.
  • New Influencer outreach.
  • Competitor Research.
  • Research of new, trending, topics that are relevant in the industry.
  • Outline and update code of conduct with brand messaging styles, tone of voice, emojis, length, etc. so that it is understandable by our audience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate content and experiences across multiple platforms for all our focus brands.
  • Website Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the website look and work correctly and all relevant devices and browsers.
  • Assess “conversion killers” and make thoughtful recommendations for e-commerce and social media updates.
  • Brainstorm and provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members about new creative digital marketing ideas.
  • Manage and maintain content distribution to partner retailers.
