About the Role
The Adobe Experience Cloud Partnerships team is responsible for driving strategic growth through revenue-generating partnerships across Adobe’s Experience Cloud portfolio. The team leads the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of commercial partnership agreements that accelerate customer acquisition, expand market reach, strengthen ecosystem relationships, and deliver measurable business impact.
Adobe is seeking an exceptional Director of Global Growth Partnerships to to lead and scale this critical business. This senior leadership role will own the strategy, operating model, execution, and expansion of Adobe’s commercial partnerships portfolio across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Agencies, Cloud Providers, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The Director will lead a team of partnership professionals while serving as the executive owner for partnership planning, commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and revenue realization. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build scalable partnership programs, drive meaningful business outcomes, and establish the organizational foundation required to support Adobe's next phase of ecosystem growth..
What you'll do
- Own the growth partnership strategy and annual business plan across Adobe Experience Cloud -- which includes partner selection, investment decisions, and defining growth objectives
- Drive measurable business outcomes through partnership investments, including revenue growth, market expansion and ecosystem influence.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies across key ecosystem segments
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial partnerships organization. Be the executive point of contact for complex negotiations and strategic partner engagements
- Lead negotiation and execution of strategic partnership agreements and that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic ecosystem expansion
- Lead and Develop repeatable motions for structuring and negotiating deals, including deal modeling, to support robust and meaningful partnerships
- Ensure highly structured, methodical deal management rooted in achievements, critical metrics, and alignment with partners on opportunities of mutual interest
- Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to identify integration and co-development opportunities that build mutual value with key partners
- Drive accountability against clearly defined partnership critical metrics: influenced revenue, co-sell activation, partner-sourced pipeline, and integration adoption
- Serve as a senior sponsor for key partner relationships, engaging C-suite and VP-level counterparts at partner organizations
- Represent the team in executive business reviews, QBRs, and strategy planning cycles with Adobe’s senior leadership
- Monitor the competitive and partner landscape to identify emerging partnership opportunities ahead of the curve
- Contribute to Adobe’s annual and long-range business planning, including investment prioritization, partner segmentation, and program design
- Own the annual commercial partnerships business plan, including partner prioritization, investment decisions, growth targets, and resource allocation across key partnership segments.
- Up to 30% travel
What you need to succeed
- 15+ years of experience leading teams in roles such as business development, enterprise sales or strategic partnership pursuits
- A consistent record of building high-trust relationships and accomplishing high impact partnerships or customer engagements
- Proven ability to operate at the C-suite level—both as an executive sponsor externally and a cross-functional leader internally
- Deep experience structuring complex, multi-party partnership or customer agreements such as technology integrations, strategic investments, distribution deals, co-sell arrangements, and joint GTM programs
- Exceptional commercial acumen—able to model deal economics, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and negotiate terms that reflect long-term value for Adobe.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in large, matrixed organizations; able to build structure, drive alignment, and sustain momentum without direct authority.
- Outstanding communication and executive presence—able to simplify complexity, inspire confidence, and influence decisions at the highest levels of an organization.
- Deep knowledge of the AI, creator, digital media, and/or marketing technology ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $176,900 -- $323,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $223,300 - $323,350
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
