Social Media Account Manager / Content Creator

Metter Media LLC, a Boston-based social media management company, is seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about social media to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing Facebook + Instagram pages for 6+ clients
• Client communication, including leading monthly meetings and conveying strategy + progress
• Working with Supervisor to create a strategy that best suits each property’s individual goals
• Creating monthly content calendars, requesting creative, writing captions, and scheduling content
• Managing customer service and engagement via social media
• Reaching out to + organizing influencer collaborations
• Strategizing, creating, launching, and assessing paid social campaigns
• And more!

QUALIFIED APPLICANT MUST:

• Be a strong writer. Have experience with social media caption writing / post composition and be able to provide examples.
• Be proficient in social media account strategy + content creation.
• Be a fast learner. Able to take direction and constructive feedback during learning process.
• Be a highly-motivated, self-starter who is able to work independently in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
• Be extremely organized and excel at project + time management.
• Be avid users of all forms of new media.
• Be comfortable leading client meetings and communicating with multiple clients. Must have prior experience with both.
• Be eager to grow and learn both personally and professionally!
