Compensation: $57,000 to $72,000 Annually

Summary:

This position is responsible for the management and development of visual assets of assigned Kalorik brand(s) Responsible to uphold all brand guidelines through visual assets, in-store promotions & when working with affiliates and other third-party vendors on special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee the creation of visual assets for new products, tradeshows, catalogs, print advertisements and POS materials & displays, amongst others, for assigned brands.
  • Analyze data to understand and track performance on KPIs.
  • Under instruction from the Brand & Marketing Manager, meet with members of ownership & leadership to determine brand objectives and present strategies to drive brand recognition.
  • Responsible to maintain brand strategies from the MM designed to market assigned Kalorik brand(s), create brand loyalty, increase recognition and assist in driving sales.
  • Assist with the development and optimization of marketing campaigns around product launches and promotions within assigned brand families, on both Company and customer platforms.
  • Analyze industry, competition, and market trends to make recommendations for creative assets of assigned Kalorik brand(s) and how to better partner with customers to ensure brand continuity.
  • Under direction from the Brand & Marketing Manager, assist with as-seen-on-tv projects, including TV media.
  • Directly supervise and train assigned Marketing Coordinators to build a team structure for the assigned Kalorik brand(s).
  • Present creative ideas to MM and others regarding assigned Kalorik brands; coordinate interdepartmentally to execute approved ideas; work with external vendors to ensure assets delivered by deadline.
  • Spearhead all creative projects for the assigned Kalorik brand(s) to reinforce brand image, drive sales and increase end-consumer engagement.
  • Manage photography, graphic design and video asset development for new and existing products, coordinate photoshoots and video production as necessary; work with designers to create visuals & understand the editing process.
  • Ensure asset requirements are met for all e-commerce vendors; continuously help to augment image and assets, ensuring consistency and going beyond minimum required assets to create appealing product pages.
  • Ensure that photography and assets align with brand guidelines and standards; consistently help to create and augment brand standards; provide inspiration for photography and videography, guiding design team and vendors to ensure superior execution.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to ensure brand alignment across Company and customer-specific platforms and promotions.
  • Effectively communicate the availability of new and existing assets to the sales & business development teams; respond to assets request promptly and work with Design Team to provide requested assets within agreeable time frame.
  • Assist in the interdepartmental communications to sales and business development teams to adhere to brand guidelines and assist in identifying and highlighting sellable features through creative assets, recommended marketing spend and customer partnerships.
  • Responsible for the approval on all creative assets tied to the assigned Kalorik brand(s) to include output from the Design Team, product videos, printed graphics, displays or any other assets produced by 3rd party vendors.
  • Serve as the assigned brand(s) point-person for internal communications regarding written brand guidelines, brand approvals and brand imaging.
  • Source, quote, and manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and superior execution of visual assets and collateral; work within assigned budget per project as assigned by the MM.
  • Maintain and update internal image, assets and product trackers, tracking all marketing assets.
  • Responsible for development of print assets including product catalog; work with MM and design team to create layout, product categories/contents, manage photoshoot details, editing, and ensure that correct assortment is listed and featured, along with thorough proofing.
  • Create additional inserts and sell sheets as needed, collaborating with Sales, Business Development & Products team to verify that all correct and necessary information is included.
  • Effectively collaborate with Marketing Associates, Design Team, and cross-departmentally to meet all brand standards and fulfill asset requests; support Design team in prioritizing schedule/tasks as necessary.
  • Verify giftbox product images and layout, upholding brand standards across products.
  • Collaborate with MM and Digital Marketing Associate to create and optimize product and brand images for digital initiatives, including but not limited to: Webcollage, e-commerce brand pages, digital ads, influencer partnerships, social media content, website relaunch, eblasts, and more.
  • Collaborate with MM, Copywriter, Design and Products Team in creating video assets such as corporate videos and product videos, creating and optimizing storyboards, highlighting key product information, and managing vendors.
  • Support in coordinating and attending any company events and shows as needed, creating and tracking assets when applicable.
  • Provide marketing support for in-store promotions to include POS materials & displays, and for other customer-based events.
  • Support MM with product research and brainstorms; ideate and support implementation of cross-channel campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms with outside agencies and suppliers, when appropriate.
  • Food preparation for production and other opportunistic content.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
