Mobile Marketing Manager

Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 Annually

This role will require you to....

  • Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Shoonya Kids.
  • Collaborate with the product, design, UX, and engineering team to scale adoption.
  • Create and Execute, best-in-class marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.
  • Work with the CEO to ideate and implement brand awareness through scalable community outreach by building ambassador programs, influencer marketing, PR and social media events.
  • Build relationships with influencers in the education and mommy blogger space.
  • Develop and own goals and performance metrics.
  • Use analytics within the subscription model to compile weekly and monthly reports that build performance KPIs.
  • Build out a marketing team as we scale.

Skills. You will have..

  • 5+ years experience with apps, games, or other consumer products for children.
  • Proven results growing user base for consumer tech products/ apps.
  • Hands-on experience with running Paid Campaigns across Facebooks, Google Ads.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) and knowledge with keyword attribution SDKs.
  • Experience with building organic traffic through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASA (Apple Search Ads).
  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.) or Google Suite (specifically, Sheets)
  • Comfortable managing budgets to run paid campaigns across various channels.
  • Data-driven approach to measurement, experimentation and results.
  • Strong desire to scale and move fast to gain traction.

Exceptional candidates will have

  • Startup experience, preferably with mobile apps, games and children's product.
  • Passion for education, languages and cultures.
  • Knowledge of the Asian culture and languages.
