What You Do
Responsibilities
The role of the Influencer Marketing Strategy Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day administrative operations for the Influencer Marketing practice within the Communications group. Additionally, they will assist with streamlining processes, driving efficiencies and collaborating with Trade School operational managers. Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage and coordinate product orders for influencer partners and experiential client activations
- Facilitate receipt reconciliation in collaboration with Trade School accounting and influencer team
- Organize and manage travel accommodations and process expense reports for associated influencer marketing client travel
- Coordinate team meetings, outings, and events as needed
- Assist with deploying approved influencer contracts via Adobe Sign and properly documenting fully executed contracts appropriately
- Support team in the processing of purchase orders in collaboration with Accounting
- Format information for internal and external communication, assist with creating, updating and filing internal and client processes
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing client or influencer emails, drafting memos and preparing on-boarding or process documents
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in agency or marketing field, including proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Experience with contract creation and management via Adobe Sign preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Possess knowledge of accounting, social media and complete Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative working style
- Ability to manage multiple projects and provide thought leadership and strategy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented and accountable for results
- Experience managing outside vendors
