Job Title: Performance Marketing & Partnerships Manager
Location: Tustin, CA (Temporarily Remote)

About The Position
The Performance Marketing & Partnerships Manager will drive the strategy and execution of the company's Affiliate Marketing program. The individual will be responsible for building and engaging a network of strategic affiliate partners and influencers to drive revenue and customer acquisition. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be challenged and who plays to win.
What You Will Do
- Build & grow a network of strategic affiliate and influencer partnerships
- Manage the Affiliate program to exceed key performance metrics through achieving revenue and profitability goals
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
- Own channel KPIs, report results and trends, and proactively work to optimize program effectiveness
- Effectively collaborate with internal team and external partners to active goals
- Generate performance reports and clearly communicate results with stakeholders
What You Need To Succeed
- Solid sales and business acumen to strategically plan and achieve company goals
- Experience building and developing mutually beneficial partner relationships
- Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment serving as a catalyst for change
- Hard working with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Data Driven: Understands the power of data analysis in understanding daily market nuances, product behavior, and customer interaction
- Preferably 2+ years in affiliate and influencer marketing with a focus on driving conversions
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions as well as display strong negotiation skills
- Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
- A passion for E-commerce and finding the best deals online
