RadSwan is seeking a passionate and creative leader to oversee its brand, content and marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will be an intellectually curious and results-oriented operator. In this high-visibility role, he or she will have wide-ranging ownership of all strategy and tactics aimed at driving business growth through brand marketing with a special focus on social media, content, campaigns, partnerships, events, community, and customer experience.
KPIs for this hire include: revenue, organic growth, brand awareness.

About you
- 8-10 years in a brand communications, social media, content strategy
- Visionary leader who seeks out new & innovative ideas, platforms & trends
- Strong operator who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty
- Excellent communicator, both visually & verbally, who is used to presenting to senior team members
- Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter but someone who also thrives on collaboration
- Comfortable with data and proficient measuring performance of campaigns/channels
- Experience working across all major social channels - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok
- Proven track record of delivering successful influencer &/or social media campaigns across multiple social platforms
- Experience of managing and scaling creative / brand teams (both in-house and freelancers)
- Extensive expertise in building influencer and partnership programmes
- Outstanding comprehension of our key organic channels, and experience of delivering impactful campaigns in the digital sphere
- Comfortable within a fast growth start-up environment, building new brands from scratch
- Experience in brand strategy development and building campaigns rooted in consumer insight
