How you’ll make an impact:

SiriusXM Media is looking for a Senior Specialist, Creative Partnerships Enablement to serve as the operational post-sale backbone of our custom podcast advertising business. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of integrated advertising campaigns across a subset of shows within SiriusXM’s podcast portfolio, ensuring each creator and advertiser experience is seamless, organized, and delivered with excellence. You are a proactive, strategic thinker. You thrive at the intersection of people, process, and media - and you bring deep knowledge of the digital media landscape to every conversation. You'll work cross-functionally with our internal and external podcast leads to set-up, launch and manage high-profile custom advertising campaigns, ensuring integrated brand campaigns are set up properly, launch seamlessly and exceed expectations.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the successful completion of complex custom podcast campaigns
  • Serve as the post-sale operational lead across all custom podcast advertising campaigns, owning the workflow from signed IO to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including ad operations, sales enablement and podcast sales leads and to ensure all campaign elements are executed accurately and on time.
  • Diagnose campaign issues and advise/establish plan of action, track implementation and identify potential areas of process optimization as part of post-sale project management
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for podcast partners post-sale, providing a best-in-class experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and clear communication.
  • Intimately understand podcast partner needs and how they translate to revenue, while also understanding client campaign initiatives by working closely with cross-functional sales enablement teams
  • Proactively manage partner expectations, communicate timelines and milestones, and handle escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve operating procedures for custom campaign management and partner communications
  • Utilize internal tracking systems, project management tools, and templates to ensure the status of all campaigns are updated and maintained throughout the life of a custom campaign.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on pre-sale conversations where operational feasibility or timelines are relevant.
  • Identify improvements while also providing strategic and tactical input
  • Assist in development of benchmarks for determining campaign success
  • Work closely with Sr. Director, Revenue Partnership Leads, Post-Sale, and Pre-Sale team by providing support and guidance on best practices to ensure there are no roadblocks to campaign execution
  • In partnership with advertiser-facing post-sale teams, you’ll provide an ongoing weekly status on live ad campaigns to business owners and cross functional teams including Client Services, Sales and Sales Development
  • Must have a deep understanding of the inner workings of each show partner, including major components of the partner agreement, assets available for monetization (across audio, video and social) and their unique communication style and preferences.

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in media operations, campaign management, post-sale production, or a related field - podcast or audio experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the podcast and digital video industry, including how advertising is sold, executed and measured across sponsorship formats
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - doesn’t wait for problems to escalate; solves them before they surface.
  • Able to have difficult conversations while level-setting on expectations
  • Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with production partners across a wide range of genres and show types
  • Experience developing scripts, creative briefs, talking points, and other client-facing creative documents for branded content and integrated campaigns
  • Articulate professional with excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to thrive in nuances/ambiguity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects
  • Passionate about the podcast space and the evolution of creative brand integrations that delight creators and listeners alike
  • Expert proficiency in MS-Office, Monday.com, Google Suite, and JIRA
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $66,600 to $88,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
