Description:
The Influencer Manager will spearhead campaign executions and the day-to-day strategy for IMGN Media’s growing client roster. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in identifying and engaging influencers, managing influencer outreach programs, and creating stimulating, brand worthy content. This person will also have deeply rooted interest in culture, entertainment, and lifestyle and be able to identify key influencers for both paid and earned opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead communication on influencer campaigns between clients and influencers, including negotiating with brands and influencers, ensuring campaign and messaging are executed correctly and on time, and optimizing strategy when necessary.
- Recognize and understand how to adopt influencers for both paid and earned opportunities for clients.
- Produce and execute project campaign timelines and schedules, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of campaigns and client goals.
- Direct and manage digital media influencer marketing campaigns from signed SOW to post-campaign reporting.
- Utilize data and knowledge of digital space to identify influencers for campaigns, while having a deep understanding of what a brand wants when being represented
- Curate and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Prepare reports and analyze performance relative to campaign objectives; provide optimization recommendations for clients.
- Support with outreach to talent agencies aiming to work with influencers they represent, ultimately generating interest in IMGN's campaigns for their influencer rosters.
- Brainstorm creative ideas, strategy, and research in response to active pitches and proposals involving Influencers.
- Aid in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations for agency use.
- Draft Influencer brand agreements and route influencer invoices to appropriate pods.
- Conduct client campaign kick-off calls to outline influencer selection and execution details and timeline.
Qualifications:
- High interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities with discretion
- Well-informed of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube)
- Up-to-date on latest cultural trends and innovations in the social realm
- Enthusiastic about Social Media, Influencer Marketing, with an emphasis on multicultural marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with internal pods.
- Knowledge of music, culture, fashion, sports, and gaming is a huge plus
- Has existing relationships with digital influencers
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Currently working remote, but should eventually be based in NY
