Our Marketing team is growing! We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team. You will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

This is not a 100% remote based role.

Responsibilities

Your day will include:

  • Assist with planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan, implement and optimize search campaigns
  • Content marketing – blogs, landing pages. Drive traffic and conversion
  • Email marketing – campaign development, collection and engagement
  • Influencer marketing - Identify and manage influencers and groups to expand our reach
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
  • Define key audiences / preferred channels
  • Develop campaign based messaging strategy for cross channel usage
    • Align with marketing calendar
    • Develop creative approach/style
    • Develop content promotion strategy
    • Flighting/scheduling

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments a plus
  • Knowledgable grasp of current marketing tools and strategies with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, bright edge, sem rush, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Adaptable and positive personality
