MSLGROUP is currently seeking a Paid Social Manager. As part of our innovative team, the Paid Social Manager will manage digital marketing campaign set up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels including Display, Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in paid digital with a focus on social platforms including Facebook/IG, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, SEM and programmatic. This person should have experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, running A/B tests and have strong knowledge of platform best practices as well as the latest ad products available to help clients achieve goals throughout the consumer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels including Display, Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed
- Oversee campaign execution and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of assets to media partners
- Strategic vision, understanding of best practices, with a heavy emphasis on Social
- Oversee campaign structure, performance and optimization cadence
- Strong reporting and optimization skills, A/B Testing, and driving different goals including Reach, Engagement, Clicks, Video Views
- Experience with influencer campaign boosting, both white-label and boosting content to channels like Instagram as well as dark posting
- Experience working directly with major platforms including Facebook/Instagram, YouTube/Google/SEM, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others. Experienced with best practices, process review times, asset types and best practices
- Audience Segmentation, building audiences and best practices
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years previous experience and a B.A. in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline
- Digital native with understanding of social from owned, earned and paid perspectives
- In-depth knowledge of related trends and industry sector events and experience working with the news media, social influencers and brand ambassadors
- Proven experience in leading teams to execute client programs with a blend of strong time
- Proven experience working in tandem with other creative agencies to develop comprehensive campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as an ability to develop and present compelling client proposals
- Some experience with measurement offerings that go beyond just clicks and engagements (Nielsen, IRI, MikMak, Shopify, Amazon Creator Marketplace, Brand Lift Studies)
- Some experience with Paid Amplification directly, understanding of boosting, whitelisting, dark posting and influencer amplification outside boosting (e.g. programmatic display, look-alike audience development
- Variety of platform experience, running campaigns on IG, FB, YT, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok are the big ones
- Some experience with direct conversion, Click to buy, Swip to buy, Pay-per-performance, Affiliate
- Good presenter, smart with data, has a strong opinion on the future of influencer marketing
