Manager, Influencer Marketing - Energy Category
PepsiCo Energy is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative and creative Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of today’s top cultural voices, product marketing, and obsession with social marketing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital/social channels, creative and content management, content distribution strategy, combined with a deep knowledge of the influencer marketing space and how to build brands in conjunction with talent/partners. This person will be integral in authenticating the Energy brands within key consumer targets while creating culture-defining relationships and content.
Responsibilities:
- Move faster than the industry. Search for new opportunities and partnerships that deliver scale
- Develop, implement, and manage the influencer strategy for Rockstar Energy and Mountain Dew Rise
- Be at the forefront of consumer insights and culture to inform influencer and content strategy
- Research influencers, platforms, niches and engage in outreach
- Recruit and activate influencers; respond to all inbound/outbound inquiries to build an engaged community and program
- Maintain a roster of relationships with whom we can activate quickly
- Manage or partner in negotiations with influencers and/or partners
- Support requests from stakeholders across music, gaming, sport
- Track and measure the efficacy of programs - both always on and campaign-specific
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and provide learnings to impact strategy
- Be a guardian of flawless execution. Set and demand only the highest production standards
- Measure quality and effectiveness. Learn what works and scale it. Learn what doesn't and change it
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Deep expertise with key social media platforms.
- 5+ years of social media strategy.
- 3+ years of influencer outreach.
- Ability to identify and foster relationships with relevant influencers and creators on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok etc.
- Must have experience in creating and executing influencer or ambassador programs and initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills and attention-to-detail.
- Familiarity with back-end publishing and platform and analytics tools (i.e. FB insights, YouTube Analytics).
- This position is limited to persons with an indefinite right to work in the United States.
