What You’ll Do:
- Full cycle e-commerce customer experience management including but not limited to: customer acquisition, purchase experience, and post purchase support
- Manage and respond directly to customer service requests and engage with customer reviews
- Maintain and develop new processes for developing healthy relationship with customers to ensure 100% success and satisfaction
- Manage influencer marketing program by cultivating relationship with influencers and providing unique gifts
- Notify development team of any bugs or performance improvements needed on site to improve customer experience
- Provide reports on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Work directly with COO and have a significant impact on customer journey
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience directly interacting with customers
- Haircare and beauty industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter and experience identifying needs and working on multiple projects
