Hi, Beautiful! We here at XMONDO Hair are looking to welcome some new members to our team! We are a customer focused e-commerce haircare company founded in NYC by hair influencer Brad Mondo. What You’ll Do:

  • Full cycle e-commerce customer experience management including but not limited to: customer acquisition, purchase experience, and post purchase support
  • Manage and respond directly to customer service requests and engage with customer reviews
  • Maintain and develop new processes for developing healthy relationship with customers to ensure 100% success and satisfaction
  • Manage influencer marketing program by cultivating relationship with influencers and providing unique gifts
  • Notify development team of any bugs or performance improvements needed on site to improve customer experience
  • Provide reports on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Work directly with COO and have a significant impact on customer journey

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in relevant field
  • 2-4 years of experience directly interacting with customers
  • Haircare and beauty industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and experience identifying needs and working on multiple projects
