The Position
A storyteller by trade, the Social Strategist knows what works and what doesn't for businesses on social media and can build creative social marketing plans for B2C and B2B clients, with both small and large budgets. You have experience (3+ years) leading social media initiatives for brands, and you know all platforms like the back of your hand – including the up-and-coming ones. You're passionate about predicting the future of social and educating clients and co-workers about the nuances of each platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating social strategies, campaign plans, and original content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and LinkedIn. Additionally, experience is desired overseeing community management programs, and providing best-practices and thought-leadership to clients.

The Responsibilities
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Builds social strategies for regional and national healthcare brands (health systems and health technology companies)
- Creates campaign plans and brings them from idea to execution
- Crafts original content including post copy, video scripts, and image ideas (working with designers to bring ideas to life)
- Create and manage influencer programs – from identifying influencers to vetting, briefing, and reporting
- Work with Analytics to create performance reports for clients
- Work with media buyers to create and execute paid social media plans
- Performs social audits, audience analyses, social listening, and competitive audits
- Creates POVs and channel best practices, content calendars, social trends reports, influencer marketing plans, and paid social plans
- Demonstrates passion for video strategy, with working knowledge of video production
- Collaborates with the team to establish social capabilities and thought-leadership for ReviveHealth
- Educates the agency about social media best practices
- Builds relationships with social platforms and vendors
- Other duties, as assigned.
The Essentials
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field
- Agency experience working with national brands and local/regional brands; brands with large budgets and brands with small budgets; and/or companies with mature social capabilities and those just getting started in social
- Experience creating and executing long-term social strategies that have been executed over a multi-year period
- Ability to create and articulate a unique philosophy and approach to social media marketing
- Experience working with corporate communications, investor relations, and public relations teams
- Deep understanding of channel behavior across all social platforms, from Instagram to Reddit to Twitch to Doximity to Nextdoor to TikTok and beyond
- Social listening experience with tools such as Brandwatch, Netbase, Crimson Hexagon, Talkwalker, etc.
