We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Executive to develop and execute the company marketing, branding, as well as individual marketing campaigns to promote dropp’s platform products and services.
The role of dropp’s Marketing Executive encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. The role also involves a great deal of digital and online marketing work. The individual will work closely with the tech team, business development, community services teams and distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Create overall marketing plan and company positioning
- Oversee, develop and manage company marketing campaigns across all media
- Run influencer marketing campaigns in partnership with brands and content creators, and their marketing teams
- Manage and maintain the dropp brand
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences to come up with an appropriate course of action
- Devise and present ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Compile and distribute financial and statistical information
- Write and produce and proofread creative and multimedia copy/content
- Maintain websites (in partnership with the tech team), as well as review and report data analytics
- Create marketing plan
- Monitor performance
- Organize speaking opportunities, events and product/tech exhibitions
- Update databases and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system, in conjunction with the Community Services Team
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising
- Manage PR company
- Review and report on SEO/SEM
- Create marketing materials
- Coordinate internal marketing and dropp’s culture
- Gather information, maintain details on competitive offerings and communicate out with broader leadership team
- Work seamlessly with Community Service Team, Tech Team, Operations, Content and Creative Development Team and external vendors

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 7 years experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic IT skills
- Basic video animation/editing skills preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
