Senior Digital & Social Media Manager
Celeb Luxury is one of the fastest growing professional luxury haircolor care product companies with unique brands that are first to market and category leaders worldwide. Last year our new direct to consumer retail brand, No Fade Fresh was launched in over 7,500 Target, CVS, Shoprite, Rite Aid, Wegman's, Harris Teeter and HEB stores across the United States with new retailers opening every few months.
We are looking for a talented, detail oriented, self-motivated Senior Digital & Social Media Manager who is looking to grow (this is NOT a remote position and must be local to Fort Lauderdale or Miami).
It is preferred you have a background in Beauty/Fashion brands and possess a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills. The ideal candidate is a highly driven Google, eCommerce, Influencer Marketing and Social Media Ad expert. Candidates must have previously demonstrated success delivering Google, eCommerce and Social Ad strategies and ROI.
In this role you will help define strategies and develop content/creative assets for all Google, eCommerce, Influencer Marketing and Social Ad marketing efforts. This role will be the central piece that facilitates the execution of our digital marketing agenda, working with influencers, multiple outside agencies and internal resources, and taking ownership in achieving our Google, eCommerce, Influencer Marketing and Social Ad goals. You should have a passion for negotiating influencer campaigns, statistical data analysis, utilizing your talents to monitor, analyze and optimize online trends, drive profitable online sales and maximize returns for our customers.
Our goal is to achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by owning the Google, eCommerce, Influencer and Social Ad marketplace against our competitors. As a fast-growing haircare company, we need someone who goes above and beyond what is asked of them, flexible, can take directions with ease and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. You must be able to adapt quickly to ever-changing daily tasks. This is a full-time position. You will work closely with the creative team, education team, marketing team and sales team. In addition, you will work with senior designers, art directors, creative directors and account executives to develop content for our brands. You will report directly to the General Manager.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generating and implement paid digital and social media strategies and tactics.
- Recruit influencers to join our affiliate program, create content and negotiate the best rates for various campaigns. Execute creative solutions that meet or are less than budget.
- Manage Google, eCommerce and Social Ad strategy to drive brand awareness, grow market share and revenue in long- and short-term.
- Responsible for input and management of Google, eCommerce and Social Ad accounts providing solutions that deliver to targets and foresee potential challenges, putting user experience first; Propose optimization, report on analytics and provide recommendations in areas of improvement, test results and industry trends, innovation.
- Confirm, diagnose and resolve technical issues with the Google, eCommerce and Social Ad accounts and supporting tools.
- Audit competitors across Google, eCommerce and Social.
- Maintain data integrity across Google, eCommerce and Social accounts.
- Monitor and report performance of new and existing Ad campaigns.
- Analyze revenue, campaign performance, click and conversion rates, ROI, daily ad spend. Oversee third party search specialist for daily monitoring and analysis of advertising campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute performance reports as needed.
- Design and create influencer content for online platforms including but not limited to our website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Amazon account.
- Work with creative team on ideas for social media graphic design, web design, email design, digital display ads and video ads. Create, review & approve creative assets.
- Email Marketing: Oversee and manage flow campaigns, email series, promo eblasts and etc. Provide copywriting.
- Create content calendars for paid & organic efforts across Digital & Social Media platforms to drive awareness & engagement.
Requirements:
- South Florida applicants only! Non-remote position (if you are outside of the South Florida area or seeking remote work you need NOT apply)
- Experience working as a Google, eCommerce and Social Ad Manager with all Google and FB Blueprint certifications
- Influencer Management Experience
- Experience with shopping and data feed
- Superior analytical thinker
- Good to advanced skill level with statistics and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with identifying and solving problems independently and with team members
- Fast learner – able to learn new programs and skills quickly
- Excellent consulting, writing skills and follow-through skills
- Highly communicative
