We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our agency! This is a virtual position and we are considering candidates living anywhere in the U.S. You will have the opportunity to run point on managing Social Channels for our clients (publishing, community management/engagement, and analytics - we have designers, copywriters, and video-post production in place to create content) as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Influencer Marketing campaigns.

We have platforms in place to facilitate the process and workflow of these responsibilities that you will be trained on, meaning you'll have the right tools for the job from day one. You'll be joining a team of talented and creative individuals that will ensure you are set up to succeed, and enjoy every minute of it.

In addition to overseeing Social and Influencers, you'll be welcomed to participate and grow your skillset within a wide range of advertising/marketing areas including strategy, creative, and media buying. These are not requirements/responsibilities of this position, we simply encourage all of our employees to find the areas they excel at and enjoy the most. Responsibilities

  • Social Media post scheduling and publishing
  • Daily Social community management and engagement on behalf of our clients
  • Social Listening for topics related to the industry/categories our clients operate within
  • Social analytics/reporting on what we're doing, what we're seeing, and what we should do about it
  • Social Influencer prospecting and recruitment
  • Social Influencer communications and logistics
  • Social Influencer tracking and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher (preferred degrees in marketing or media)
  • Digital marketing fluency with a focus on Social Media Marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tracking and evaluation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative thinking related to marketing strategy and execution
  • Ability to work in teams
