As the Assistant Social Media Manager, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative group of team members that are excited about Social Media!

Overview of therole

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Pottery Barn Teen social media strategy across all channels through influencers; leverage understanding of the company and related industry trends to engage and enhance the brand community; drive innovation and grow KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the day-to-day management of our influencer programs, including strategy, communication, planning, and execution.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key influencers that can act as brand storytellers on behalf of Pottery Barn Teen.
  • Execute all campaigns and giveaways including vendor setup, contracts, communication, product seeding, tracking, and posting.
  • Facilitate all product seeding requests, partnering with internal merchant teams, shipping and delivery teams, and the influencer.
  • Manage all UGC content through product tag verification, approvals, uploads, and distribution within the content management platform.
  • Collect and maintain UGC content usage rights for use across brand channels.
  • Analyze and report on the performance across organic social channels.
  • Measure effectiveness of our efforts, with an emphasis on optimization as it relates to team and brand KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to CRM, PR, Merchandising, and Design.
  • Keep a pulse on overall social landscape trends, including formants, platforms, as well as the content.

Criteria

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a social media marketing role. You have experience managing influencer marketing campaigns with keen attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
  • You have experience in a consumer-facing business and have an active curiosity to engage, participate and grow.
  • You have experience with social publishing and reporting tools: Sprinklr, Curalate, Lithium and Adobe Analytics.
  • You are known for being an exceptional partner. You are eager to roll-up your sleeves and deliver on executional excellence.
  • Above all else, you are bright, motivated, and eager to grow.
