Job Description

Who we are looking for

Bose Corporation is seeking a Culture & Sports Marketing Specialist who will help define Bose’s activation across sports (major professional, lifestyle, fitness, and niche) and culture (experiential activations, celebrity influencer, and brand collabs).

You will support the culture & sports partnerships lead with identification, management, creative ideation and negotiation in all aspects of the culture & sports partnerships workflow.

What you will be responsible for

  • Develop and manage culture & sports experiential activations to ensure maximum brand impact.
  • Closely track cultural trends and nuance across key markets and leverage those insights to inform activation strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships directly with talent, brand partners, and talent agencies.
  • Identify and evaluate new talent and brand partners, managing negotiations and ensuring timely execution of contracts and payments.
  • Partner with department lead to develop long-term strategy for how we build our culture & sports partnerships program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop partnership activation plans to inform contract terms and content development and ensure partnership activations are aligned with business priorities and brand messaging.
  • Assist with measurement framework development to help evaluate potential partnerships and to evaluate performance of current partnerships portfolio.
  • Track cultural trends and nuance across key markets and leverage those insights to inform activation strategy.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and KPIs with precision and professionalism.

What we value

  • 4+ years of experience in partnership marketing—ideally with fast-paced brand, marketing / experiential agency, or talent agency experience.
  • Thrive in cross‑functional environments and can communicate with clarity in fast‑moving workflows.
  • Possess modern marketing instincts and the work ethic to move programs successfully from idea to execution.
  • Depth of understanding of traditional, lifestyle, fitness and niche sports marketing, as well as experiential, brand collab, and celebrity influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships and activations.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of New York, New York is: $100,800-$138,600.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
