TMG is currently looking for a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute their brand partnership development and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will represent the company as the face of their brand partnerships team and ensure a high level of client and brand partner satisfaction through the delivery of exponential growth in brand partners for each client as well as revenue for TMG's brand partners.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Rapidly developing and implementing creative and efficient strategies for increasing TMG's base of quality brand partners, with a focus on ROI and client satisfaction in mind
  • Converting your pre-existing brand relationships into profitable campaigns for TMG's clients
  • Working with brand partners to close paid deals for TMG's clients
  • Presenting well-researched and exciting proposals to potential, new, and existing brand partners in order to maximize campaign success and profitability for TMG clients and TMG itself.
  • Scouting and signing emerging talent to broaden TMG's client base and attractiveness to brand partners.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of TMG's Brand Partnership Team, particularly in regards to their efficiency in quickly expanding and building impactful relationships with TMG's base of brand partners.
  • Assessing the profitability of potential and existing brand partners, while keeping in mind client satisfaction and visibility.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of closing deals and bringing in repeat business... ideally at a high volume and rapid pace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, recruiting, marketing, or comparable experience
  • 1-3 years of management, training, or comparable experience
  • Experience with social media or influencer marketing a major plus
  • Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp, or similar technology a plus
