Part-Time Influencer Coordinator

Bella Public Relations, a boutique NYC-based PR and social media agency with clients in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sector, is looking to hire a

part-time Freelance Influencer Coordinator (20-30 hours/week) to join our growing beauty division. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience working in Influencer Marketing, has a strong understanding of the digital landscape, is based in the NYC area, and is available to come into the office 2 days per week.

Routine tasks will include:

• Assistance in creating and executing influencer campaign strategies
• Research, recruit and manage influencers across a variety of campaigns
• Negotiate and revise influencer contracts
• Coordinate with clients on campaign details and performance
• Review and edit creator content
• Adhere to client budgets and campaign margins
• Compile campaign reporting and insights
• Support upper-level team members in relation to campaigns, community projects, analytics, etc.
• Identify ongoing opportunities for brands to engage with influencers
• Managing Influencer and affiliate ambassador marketing programs, lists, and mailings
